Return & Refund Policy
For Machines
The law mandating legally acceptable returns is ten business days. In an effort to abide by this law, Enagic Australia Pty Ltd has established its Return Policy around this ten-day period. We also understand that there are extraordinary circumstances in which a longer period may be necessary.
When deciding upon approval by the Company, strict guidelines are used:
- - If the new, unused machine is returned within 10 days of receipt, you will be refunded the full amount minus postage/shipping fees.
- - If a new machine is returned more than 10 days after receipt, you will be charged with a restocking fee.*
- - If a used machine is returned within 10 days of receipt, you will be charged with a restocking fee.*
- - If a used machine is returned more than 10 days after receipt, you will be charged with a processing fee.**
- - If a machine is returned more than 1 month after receipt, no refund is possible.
- - Shipping fees are not subject to refund.
- - Instalment charges are refunded on a pro-rated basis.
- - The owner must pack the machine securely in its original package and return at the owner’s expense.

Days are counted starting on the day that the order was processed or in the case of shipping, begins with the date of signed delivery.
a) Ten days are business days
b) One month is counted as one calendar month
c) A machine is considered used once water has been run through it
For Accessories
1.Change of Mind Policy:
Customers who receive the product they requested but simply change their mind, find the product cheaper elsewhere, or decide they no longer like or need the purchase are not automatically entitled to a refund or exchange.
2.Product Misuse:
If a problem with the product is determined to have been caused by consumer misuse, the customer is not entitled to a replacement, or refund.
3.Pre-Existing Product Issues:
If the customer was aware of a problem with the product before purchasing it, they are not entitled to a refund, exchange, or repair for that specific issue.
However, if there is a different problem with the product that was not disclosed or made clear before purchase, the customer may still be eligible for refund for that specific issue.
